Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes refunds, cancellations, and dispute handling for services provided by DONGGUAN ESPINOZA TRADING CO. LTD.. Because our work involves time-sensitive coordination and third-party costs, refunds are limited and must be agreed in writing.
1) Service fees and deposits
- Service fees (sourcing, coordination, inspection support) are generally non-refundable once work begins.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the agreed service and the failure is not caused by the client or third parties.
- Bank fees, exchange losses, and third-party charges (inspection, warehousing, carrier fees) are not refundable.
2) Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@espinozatrading.com. If a project is canceled after work begins, you are responsible for fees incurred to date and any non-cancellable third‑party costs.
3) Goods, defects, and claims
- Returns or exchanges of goods are only available if expressly agreed in writing and subject to supplier terms.
- Visible damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and delivery documents.
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within the supplier warranty period (if any) and supported with evidence.
We will assist with coordination where possible, but outcomes depend on suppliers and carriers.
4) Chargebacks and payment disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate suspension of services and collection actions. You agree to work with us in good faith to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
5) Exceptions
Some jurisdictions provide non-waivable rights for consumers. Our services are primarily business-to-business; if mandatory consumer rights apply, they will be honored as required by law.
